Our Story
At Marquez Churros, we bring the vibrant flavors of Mexico to your plate. With a passion for authentic cuisine, our family-run business is dedicated to serving traditional dishes made from the freshest ingredients.
We started our journey in 2021 with our beloved food truck, bringing churros, tostadas, and other Mexican favorites to festivals, markets, and local events. In 2024, we then proudly opened our dine-in location at the Kitchener Market, giving our customers a cozy spot to enjoy our food year-round.
Whether you find us on the road or at our market location, we're always serving with heart, flavor, and familia.
